1st Experience With Online Ticketing Turned Out GREAT!

My friends and I were planning a trip to Las Vegas last spring and decided to try to get cheap airfare online. We tried several different online companies and Flycheap.com was by far the cheapest and easiest to use of all that we tried.
Although we also had to call them with questions regarding a couple of available flights, we found Flycheap.com to be very efficient and the customer service flawless and patient with our inexperience as online shoppers and inexperienced travelers. Once we had our questions answered though, we went back online, chose our flights from the easy to use flight search engine and we received our tickets in the mail in less than a week. Flycheap.com gave us the option of electronic ticketing or paper tickets, and we chose the paper tickets. Our information was right on the tickets for all four of us who were traveling, and we had no problems when it came time for traveling.
A note of caution however, be sure to check your credit card statement as my friend was billed twice for the tickets we purchased from Flycheap.com. But once again, they proved their efficiency and customer service gusto by taking care of it in a friendly and speedy manner. The charges were immediately refunded to my friend's account and she had no problems from then on.
I was very happy with the service and product that we received from Flycheap.com, and will use this service again in the future. I strongly recommend anyone looking into online travel arrangements to give them a try! Thanks for reading.
