An excellent merchant. I've ordered several times from Moosejaw and always received the products early and in excellent condition. Their web site is humorous and fun to browse. Ordering is very straightforward and easy. Customer service seems to be a priority and their phone reps are knowledgeable about the products they sell.

The only complaint I have about Moosejaw is their customer service. They are always very friendly, but as a whole...their staff is not the most knowledgeable about the gear they are selling. Other than that, their prices are great, and their operators will bend over backward to help you out. Just ask someone else if you have a techinical question about the gear. Read more

The two items ordered from Moosejaw were shipped free of charge. Nice. The Express Saver shipment came in only a few days - excellent service again. Unfortunately the Brick Red sweatshirt turned out to be Pink. Not at all what was shown on the website. Kept the shirt, returned the sweatshirt. Still enjoyed the transaction. Will shop here again. I was very disappointed that I did recieve the item that I ordered. I ordered the hooded Apex Jacket and recieved the one without the hood. In addition, the jacket fit small so I also requested a size larger. I have returned the item for and exchange. Hopefully, I am able to get my exchange within a reasonable timeframe.
