Pros: Just about everything in Crime Wave.  Chilling performance by Jean Gille in Decoy.
Cons: Decoy was a bit campy and relatively short.
I was hoping to find a couple of good movies on this DVD promoted as a ''Film Noir Double Feature''.  While one film was good but not great, the other was terrific and makes it worth acquiring this DVD if you collect films from the 1940s-1950s era. ...
