I ordered a Gucci bag from Voguelande for nearly $600. Their website promises that all their merchandise is authentic. This is a total and complete lie. The bag is absolutely fake and is probably worth $20 on the streets of New York.

So I tried for weeks and weeks to return the bag. Voguelande's website states they have a 7 day return policy. This is also a total and complete lie. Their actual return policy is to ignore your emails, never post a phone number, and provide no return address.

Voguelande is a total, complete scam. Their merchandise is fake. I just hope this post helps prevent other good people from being ripped off by these crooks.

OMG! They have authentic items with excellent service! How come this will be?

I took the bag at a gucci store and sure enough it was fake. I know fake and authentic even if I didn't bring the bag at a Gucci store because I own 7 Gucci bags and all of which have been purchased at Gucci stores. I guess after my experience with Voguelande, I will never buy handbags on the internet anymore.
